Terms of Service Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms of Service (“Terms”) define the conditions for using the engine-sharing platform "Trans4motor Engines" (“Service”) provided by KittPeak Inc. (“the Company”). By signing in, Users are deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms. Article 2 (Definitions)
1. “User” refers to any individual using the Service. Article 3 (Agreement to the Terms) Users agree to these Terms in full by signing in to the Service. Minors must obtain consent from a legal guardian. Article 4 (Handling of User Content)
1. The User grants the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (including the right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, and create derivative works from User Content. Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users must not engage in the following: Article 6 (Actions Against Violations) The Company may, without prior notice, delete User Content, restrict access, or terminate accounts if violations are found. Article 7 (Disclaimer)
1. The Company is not responsible for disputes arising between Users or third parties. Article 8 (Revisions to the Terms) The Company may revise these Terms when necessary. Revised Terms take effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court. Article 10 (Additional Functionalities)
1. The Service includes engine sharing, search, editing, OGP generation, thumbnail creation, QR code reading, version management, and Apple/Google authentication. Data generated by these features is treated as User Content. Article 11 (Trademarks and Model Representation Disclaimer) The Service and related applications reproduce engine mechanisms for educational purposes based on publicly available specifications. They do not replicate exact mechanical designs, dimensions, or appearances. Company names, product names, and engine names displayed within the app are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Users are solely responsible for any trademark usage contained in their User Content. |
